- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or products that have been burned.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the Item: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item: Once you have your RA number, send the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain items, which will be communicated to you during the return process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
