- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location and the urgency of your order. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
Cost: $5.99 (free on orders over $50) - Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
Cost: $12.99 - Priority Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days
Cost: $19.99
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays with the carrier.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping within the United States.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping fees for all orders under $50.
- The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If you have any questions about your order’s status, feel free to contact us.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- U.S. Only Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options internationally, so please check back soon.
- P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We are happy to ship to P.O. Box addresses and military addresses (APO/FPO), but please note that these may experience longer shipping times.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your items.
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
- If the package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
